Recipe Sarapan atau Breakfast

Cakap pasal pagi ni, rindu plak chek time pagi-pagi kat Kedah. Ayam berkokok. Bangun confirm siang gila. Nek Su da siapkan sarapan pagi. Ada nasi lemak bungkus. Cute aje sizenye. Selalu orang makan dua bungkus pasal memang cute benar size dia, tak tipu. Tapi chek makan satu bungkus je. Malu la orang pompan makan dua bungkus. Lelaki lain la..hehehe. Tapi paling chek favourite sekali, Nasi Goreng dia. Fuyoo.. Tak bleh angs!

Ni chek nak kongsi ngan awak semua recipe untuk sarapan pagi :-



Ingredients
1-1/2 cups Cooked Long-Grain White Rice
1 tablespoons cooking Oil
1/4 medium Onion, sliced
4 Prawns, sliced
1 cup Fresh Bean Red Capsicum
1 cup frozen Petite Peas
1 tablespoon Low-Salt Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 large Egg, scrambled
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation:

Arrange vegetables in order of use in small bowls or on plate.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and sugar.

Heat wok over high heat. Then add oil.

When oil begins to reach smoking point, add the onion. Stir-fry for a minute.

Add prawns. Stir-fry 30 seconds.

Add red capsicum and cooked rice. Stir-fry 2 minutes.

Fold in soy sauce mixture and petite peas. Stir-fry 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper, if desired.
